Burke Crawford, DO


Dr. Crawford completed his medical training in Chicago, IL, where he attended the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine at Midwestern University. He completed a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Northwestern Medicine Marianjoy Rehabilitation Hospital. He then went on to complete a fellowship in Interventional Spine and Sports Medicine at OSS Health in York, PA.

He has a special interest in musculoskeletal medicine and keeping his patients out and about. He is a firm believer that movement is medicine and a key to a long healthy life. Sometimes pain can bring you down, but he strives to get his patients back out there enjoying their lives, whether through therapy, medications, or injections.

He performs a variety of injections including:

  • ultrasound guided joints/tendons
  • nerve blocks
  • epidural steroid injections
  • medial branch blocks
  • radiofrequency nerve ablations
  • basivertebral nerve ablations

In his leisure time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children, cooking, skateboarding, and being outside whether that’s camping, hiking, cycling etc.
